摘要
用高频熔炼的方法配制了三个稀土金属间化合物即 (K ,M ,N) .采用X射线衍射法测定了它们的晶体结构 ,结果表明 :K(NdAl1 .75Si0 .2 5)属于立方晶系 ,点阵参数a =7.986× 10 - 1 0 m ;化合物M(NdAl2 Si2 )和N(NdAl1 .2 5Si0 .75)是六方晶系 ,其点阵参数分别为a =4.2 3× 10 - 1 0 m、c =6.71× 10 - 1 0 m ,N和a =4.2 76× 10 - 1 0 m、c =4.2 0 4× 10 - 1 0 m .
This paper presents the invenstigation on the structure of three compounds in Al-Nd-Si ternary system .Three compounds are synthesized by high frenquency melthing methods,namely K(NdAl 1.75 Si 0.25 ),M(NdAl 2 Si 2 and N(NdAl 1.25 Si 0.75 ).The crystalline structure of three compounds was investgated by X-ray diffraction. The results show that the compound K is cubic with a =7.986×10 -10 m,the intermetallic compound M and N is hexagonal with a =4.23×10 -10 m ? c =6.17×10 -10 m and a =4.276×10 -10 m? c =4.204×10 -10 m,resperctively.
