摘要
动态应变时效是在金属和合金中 ,移动着的溶质原子和运动中的位错发生交互作用时所出现的一种强化现象。它对于常用的工业金属和合金的使用性能的影响是不容忽视的 ,因而也引起材料学界许多人的关注。文章着重介绍了动态应变时效现象中最突出的宏观表现之一———锯齿屈服———的两个主要特征 :临界应变量和不同的锯齿波形 ,并进行了一些分析 ,以期加深对动态应变时效现象的认识和理解。
Dynamic Strain Aging (DSA) is a strengthening phenomenon in metals and alloys caused by the interaction between the diffusive solute atoms and the moving dislocation. Its influence on applied performance of widely used commercial metals and alloys should not be ignored and, therefore, this phenomenon attracts more and more attention within the materialist cycle in recent years. In the present paper, two prominent characteristics of serrated yielding, the most important macroscopical appearance of DSA phenomenon in metals and alloys, i.e. the critical strain of onset of serrations and the types of serrations, are mainly described.
