经纤支镜保护性毛刷对下呼吸道病原菌的诊断价值 被引量:11

The Diagnostic Value of Protected Specimen Brush via Fiber Endobronchoscope in Lower Respiratory Infection

摘要 目的 了解保护性毛刷对下呼吸道病原菌的诊断价值。方法 对 3 0例临床诊断为肺部感染患者经纤支镜双套管保护性毛刷对下呼吸道病灶部位采样作为观察组 ,同时用普通标准毛刷对同一病灶部位采样作为对照组 ,分别进行细菌培养。结果 观察组 2 4例检出高浓度菌 3 2株 ,阳性率为 80 % ( 2 4/3 0 ) ;分离到低浓度菌 2株 ,污染率为 8 3 %。对照组 2 2例检出高浓度菌 2 9株 ,阳性率为 70 3 % ( 2 2 /3 0 ) ;分离到低浓度菌 18株 ;污染率为 81 8% ( 18/2 2 )。经统计学处理P <0 0 1。结论 经纤支镜采样行双套管保护性毛刷比用普通标准毛刷采样防污染性能好。 Objective To understand the diagnostic value of protected specimen brush in lower respiratory infection. Methods 30 cases diagnosed with lower respiratory infection were divided into two groups. The specimen was sampled via the protected specimen brush and the ordinary standard brush and a comparison was done between the two sampling groups. Results In the protected specimen brush group, 32 strain of bacterium with higher concentration were detected in 24 cases, with a positive rate 80% (24/30); compared to the 70 3% (22/30) in the control group, there was a significant difference. For the bacterium with lower concentration, 8 3% (2/24) and 81 8% (18/22) were found in the two groups respectively, with a significant difference. Conclusions It is a good choice to use the protected specimen brush for sampling in lower respiratory tract via fiber endobronchoscope.
