Urocortin与妊娠
摘要
Urocortin是新近在哺乳动物中发现的促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素肽类家族的一员,人类胎盘及其他妊娠附属物均可合成。其具有引起垂体及胎盘局部促。肾上腺皮质激素的分泌,扩张胎盘局部血管,增强子宫肌收缩力,增加胎盘局部前列腺素释放及抑制热损伤引起的水肿等作用。综述Urocortin与妊娠相关的内容。
