摘要
目的 :观察皮炎消净饮 1号对湿热型异位性皮炎的疗效。方法 :采用皮炎消净饮 1号与开瑞坦对照。分别观察 3天、2个月、1年的总有效率及 1年时的痊愈率。结果 :治疗组分别为 70 .48%、91 .43%、82 .86%、1 4.2 9% ,对照组分别为 5 5 .5 6%、61 .1 1 %、5 1 .1 1 %、1 .1 1 % ,两组比较 ,差异均有显著性意义 ,P<0 .0 1。同时 ,治疗组可以显著调节 CD4/CD8比值。结论 :皮炎消净饮 1号对湿热型异位性皮炎具有良好治疗效果 ,可减少其复发。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Piyan Xiaojin Decoxtion(PXD1) on Dermatitis with Shiri syndrome.Methods:TO Compare the effect of PXD1 and Kairuitan, treat for 3 days and 2 months, and observe for 1 year.Results: Those total effective rates and curative effect in 1 year were respectively: 70.48%,91.43%, 82.86% and 14.29% in treatment group; 55.56%,61.11%,51.11% and 1.11% in control group, which had significant difference in two groups( P <0.01). Meanwhile, the rate of CD 4/ CD 8 could be obviously regulated. Conclusion:PXD1 has a good effect on treating ectopic dermatitis with Shiri syndrome, and can reduce its recurrence.
