半导体激光大气通信初探

Investigation on the Laser Diode Communication in Atmosphere

摘要 对半导体激光大气通信进行初步研究 .阐述了半导体激光大气通信的工作原理、重要器件和关键技术以及存在的问题 .分析了大气通信中能量衰减的原因 ,提出了减小衰减的方法 .给出了半导体激光在一定距离大气中通信的实验结果 .构思了实现大气激光准全天候通信的蓝图 ,展望了未来大气激光通信的前景 . The history, development and categories were introduced. The working principle, element devices and key technology and the present issues were described. The reasons for losses of Laser Diode communication in air were analyzed and the method of reducing the losses was put forward. The experimental data of Laser Diode communication in air were shown within the certain distance. The Laser Diode communication in atmosphere has the potential in the future.
