摘要
目的 :探索精神病残疾的相关因素。方法 :按CCMD - 2 -R诊断精神病残疾严重程度。结果 :男性中度以上精神病残疾率比女性明显为高 (P <0 0 1)。职业为工人的中度以上精神病残疾率比非工人的明显为高(P <0 0 5 )。结论 :男性和职业为工人者与精神病残疾严重度相关联。
Objective:To explore relative factor of psychotic disability Method:psychotic disorders were diagnosed according to CCMD-2-R and severe degree of psychotic disability was estimated according to SDSS Results:lt was significant higher in men with psychotic disorder than women with psychotic disorder for rate of moderate and more than moderate degree of psychotic disability(P<0 01) lt was significant higher in workers with psychotic disorder than non workers with psychotic disorder for rate of moderate and more than morderate degree of psychotic disability(P<0 05) Conclusion:There was an association in man and worker with severe degree of psychotic disability
