摘要
著作权问题是图书馆在进行特色数据库建设中涉及的首要问题。本文就图书馆特色数据库建设中的馆藏文献数字化、网上信息采集、数据库使用和软件使用四方面所涉及的著作权问题及解决的途径进行了阐述。
Copyright is the primary issue in the database construction with library characterisitcs.This paper attempts to analyze the copyright issue and its solution involved in the followings:digitization of the documents,collection of internet information,aplication of database and safeware.
