摘要
经济的信息化是当今世界经济发展的方向和趋势 ,信息化发展离不开良好有序的法律环境。本文在分析我国信息化立法的现状和重要意义的基础上 ,通过借鉴国外信息化立法的经验 ,提出了我国信息化发展的法律规范框架以及加强信息化法律建设的保障体系。
