摘要
目的 探讨多囊卵巢综合征 (PCOS)不孕者合理的、个体化的治疗方案。方法 6 1例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者分为两组 ,治疗Ⅰ组 4 4例 ,为高促黄体生成素 (LH)亚型患者 (早卵泡期 ,月经第 5天左右 ,LH >12IU/L ,FSH正常 ) ;治疗Ⅱ组 17例 ,为低促卵泡素 (FSH)亚型患者 (LH正常或稍高 ,FSH偏低 )。两组均采用舒经酚(CC)治疗 ,比较其治愈率。结果 治疗Ⅰ组治愈率 11.4 % (5 / 4 4 ) ,治疗Ⅱ组治愈率 35 .3% (6 / 17)。结论 并不是所有的多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者都适用于舒经酚治疗。
Objective To probe into suitable oval individualized treatment in infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Methods 61 patients of infertility with PCOS were divided into two groups.Group Ⅰ includes 44 patients with increased level of LH(in the priod of early follicle,LH>12IU/L,normal level of FSH).Group Ⅱ includes 17 patients with lower of FSH (normal LH).All of the patients were treated with sujingfen(CC).Results The cured rate of Group Ⅰ is 11.4%(5/44),that of Group Ⅱ is 35.7%(6/17).Conclusions Not all of the infertility due to PCOS was suitable for suijingfen treatmet.
