摘要
目的 :探讨微创手术治疗髌骨骨折的方法及疗效。方法 :32例髌骨骨折 (横断型 ) ,在关节镜监视下闭合复位 ,确认关节面平整后 ,经皮穿钢丝环扎固定 ,术后不用外固定。早期进行股向头股锻炼 ,其中 2 6例追踪随访 1 0个月～ 2年。结果 :1 0个月～ 1 2个月均愈合 ,门诊再次手术取出钢丝 ,采用陆氏评定标准 ,疗效优良率达 96 .1 % ,一般 3 .9% ,无不愈或功能障碍。结论 :关节镜直视下闭合复位 +经皮穿钢丝环扎固定术 ,治疗髌骨骨折 ,复位准确创伤小 ,膝关节功能恢复好 ,再次手术简单 ,是一次较好的微创手术方法。
Object To introduce a new method of minimally invasive surgery of treating fracture of The patella. Methods Thirty-two cases of fracture of the patella(no comminuted) were treated with close reduction under the arthroscopy and internal fixation with wire ringing through the skin, to be sure the patella articular surface smoothing, and taken the function exercise of the Knee joint early after the operation, and twenty-six followed up for 10 months to 2 years in out-patient department. Result All patients healed up. The excellent and good rate of the Knee joint function was 96.1%, general was 3.9%.No bone-nonunion and bad function were found. Conclusions The treatment of fracture of the patella with close reduction under the arthroscopy and internal fixation with wire ringing through the skin is a good and simple way, having the advantages of micro-injury, better reduction and excellent and good rate of the knee joint function.
