摘要 利用乙炔和乙烯的反应动力学参数,结合工业上的实际运行数据,得出关于乙炔和乙烯加氢的动力学方程。采用Aspen软件对乙炔转化器进行模拟计算,得出乙炔选择加氢的最佳反应温度为45~80℃,模拟计算结果与实际运行数据吻合。通过对碳二加氢工业催化剂的一个周期实际运行数据的分析,提出了乙炔转化器的最优操作方案。 Kinetic rate equations for selective hydrogenation of acetylene and ethylene were proposed,where,reaction order and activation energy were collected from the literature.For estimation and evaluation of parameters in the kinetic rate equations,Aspen program was used.The optimal temperature for the selective hydrogenation of acetylene was 45~80 ℃.Simulating the reactor for the selective hydrogenation of acetylene in rich ethylene feed by using the Aspen program indicated results were in accord with actual running data.The performance of a commercial catalyst was studied.Guidelines for optimal operation of the reactor were proposed.
