N催化剂预络合反应对丙烯聚合行为的影响 被引量:10

摘要 考察了N催化剂与助催化剂及外给电子体的预络合反应对丙烯淤浆聚合动力学行为的影响。实验发现催化剂的预络合反应极大地影响了N催化剂的丙烯聚合动力学行为:在完全预络合反应条件下,无论催化剂的钛含量高低,催化剂的动力学曲线及聚合反应活性基本相同;部分预络合反应条件下,只有钛含量较高的催化剂保持与完全预络合时相近的动力学行为,而钛含量较低的催化剂的聚合动力学表现出明显的衰减;无预络合反应条件下,无论催化剂钛含量高低,聚合动力学均表现出明显衰减。无预络合反应的条件下,三乙基铝对引发和保持聚合活性中心的数量起着重要的作用。 Behavior of propylene slurry polymerization was investigated at 15 ℃ , 0.12 MPa using N-catalyst, precomplexed with AlEt3 (co-catalyst) and CHMMS (ex ternal electron-donor). Precomplexing had great influence on behavior of polyme r ization of N catalyst. With complete precomplexing reaction for the catalyst , despite any mass fraction variation of Ti in catalyst, the kinetic curve and pol ymerization activity of catalyst basically kept same. With partial and/or half precomplexing reaction for catalyst, the kinetic curve and polymerization activ i ty of catalyst with higher mass fraction of Ti kept same as that with complete p recomplexing. However, catalyst with lower mass fraction of Ti showed obvious d e caying kinetic behavior. Without precomplexing reaction for catalyst, decaying behavior was showed obviously. AlEt3 had great effect on initiating and maint aining a ctivity center number during polymerization without precomplexing reaction. The conclusion will be useful to industrial application of N catalyst.
