摘要
目的 观察咽炎颗粒对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀的急性炎症、大鼠棉球肉芽肿的慢性炎症的影响 ,了解咽炎颗粒对金色葡萄球菌、流感嗜血杆菌、肺炎链球菌等的体外抑菌作用。方法 将 5 9例急、慢性咽炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,其中急性咽炎治疗组 (咽炎颗粒 +氨苄青霉素 ,PGAN) 1 9例 ,对照组 (玄脉甘桔颗粒 +氨苄青霉素 ,AMAN) 1 0例 ;慢性咽炎治疗组 (咽炎颗粒 ,PG) 2 0例 ,对照组 (玄脉甘桔颗粒 ,XM) 1 0例。结果 咽炎颗粒对肺炎链球菌、卡他萘瑟氏球菌、流感嗜血杆菌、乙型溶血性链球菌和大肠杆菌等有抑制作用 ;在高剂量组 ,对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀的急性炎症有明显抑制作用 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;咽炎颗粒在高、低剂量组对大鼠棉球肉芽肿的慢性炎症均有明显的抑制作用 (P <0 .0 5 )。急性咽炎治疗组总有效率 84 .2 1 % ,对照组总有效率 6 0 .0 % ;慢性咽炎治疗组总有效率 90 .0 % ,对照组总有效率 5 0 .0 % ,急、慢性咽炎治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 咽炎颗粒具有抗急、慢性炎症和抗菌的药理作用 ,对急。
OBJECTIVE To determine the efficiency of the Phyaryngitis granules in treatment of acute and chronic Phyaryngitis patients. To find out the effects of Phyaryngitis Granules on S. Pneumoniae , N. Caviae,H.influenzae,β- hemolytic streptococcus etc. and on acute and chronic inflammations. METHODS We established animal inflammatory models by Xylene to make mice ear swelling with an acute inflammation and granulation swelling by cotton roll to make rat chronic inflammation. 59 patients were selected and randomly assigned to treatment group and control group.19 patients were in acute phyaryngitis treatment group (Phyaryngitis granules + Ampicillin, PGAM),10 in control group(Xuanmai Ganju granules + Ampicillin,XMAM),20 in chronic phyaryngitis treatment group (Phyaryngitis granules,PG),10 in control group(Xuanmai ganju granules,XM).RESULTS The result showed that Phyaryngitis granules obviously inhibit on S. Pneumoniae, N. Caviae, H.Influenzae,β- hemolytic streptococcus etc. It could significatly inhibit rat granuloma caused by cotton roll ( P <0.05) and mice ear swelling caused by xylene. The treatment group and control group were not significant difference with regard to age, sex and severity of disease. In PGAM group the total effective rate was 84.21%, XMAM group was 60.0%,PG group was 90.0%, XM group was 50.0%.There was significant difference between treatment group and control group of acute and chronic phyaryngitis patients( P <0.05). CONCLUSION The results suggest that Phyaryngitis granules has antibiotic and anti-inflammation function phyaryngitis granule has undouted effects at the treatment of acute and chronic phyaryngitis
