摘要
本文研究了以KMnO4为氧化剂,相转移催化氧化合成苯甲酸的有关影响因素,结果表明十六烷基三丁基溴化磷(HDTBP)的催化效果最好,达到70.1%,但价格较贵,同时KMnO4的自身分解严重影响了它对甲苯的氧化作用,反应在中性介质中发生反应为宜。
For the method of phase transfer catalysis oxidation to synthesize benzoic acid, a series of factors are reviewed in detail. The catalyst effect of HDTBP is the best. The yield is 70.1%. BTEA is a good catalyst that is cheaper than HDTBP, and its yield is 50.5%. The fact that potassium permanganate's decomposition hampered its oxidation to organic substrate has been discovered, so the reaction should be done in neutral medium.
