摘要
在分析技术套管磨损原因的基础上,介绍了国内外套管防磨技术的现状,详细介绍了胜利油田研制的套管减磨接头的结构、工作原理及主要性能参数。在胜利油田的现场使用情况表明,该接头安全可靠,操作方便,使用效果好,减少了后期修套、补套或修井的可能性,延长了油井的使用寿命,经济效益明显,具有广阔的应用前景。
Based on analyzing causes of casing wearing, this paper presents the current state of this technology in the world, and articulates the structures, mechanism and main performance parameters of the casing antifriction connection. Its application in Shengli Oilfield demonstrates that this sub has such advantages as being reliable, durable, convenient to operate, and having an apparently positive effect. Its application reduced the possibilities of casing repairing or workover operations, extended the life circle of the well, brought about remarkable profit. Therefore, it has a huge market potential.
