摘要
选用微晶蜡为样品 ,采用尿素包合法不仅能够准确测定微晶蜡中正构烷烃和非正构烷烃的含量 ,而且能够得到纯度较高的正构烷烃与非正构烷烃组分 ,为进一步研究微晶蜡中正构烷烃和非正构烷烃的性质提供样品。实验考察了包合用活化剂、稀释剂、尿素用量、温度、时间等对正构烷烃测定结果和正构烷烃与非正构烷烃分离效果的影响。结果表明 ,该方法准确度高 ,重复性好 ,相对标准偏差为± 2 .2 % ,测定结果与气相色谱法进行比较 ,两者的一致性较好。
The microcrystalline wax was selected as sample to determine its contents of normal and unnormal paraffins with urea-adduct method, and the normal and unnormal paraffins were obtained separately, which can provide samples for further study of the respective properties of the both components. Various of effecting factors on separation and determination such as activator, diluent, urea ratio, clothrating temperature and clothrating time were discussed. The results are in accordance with that of GC. The method is simple to operate and gives an accurate and repetitive results with the RSD less than ± 2.2 %.
