摘要
以聚乙二醇、己二酸、氧化锌、DMT等为原料 ,经过两步反应合成了一种新型涤纶抗静电剂。第一步反应为聚乙二醇、己二酸与氧化锌反应生成聚乙二醇和己二酸盐的酯化物 ;第二步反应为聚乙二醇酯化物与DMT和乙二醇酯交换后生成的BHET进行缩聚反应 ,形成产品 ,即大分子异极性涤纶抗静电剂。
A new antistatic agent was synthesized from polyethylene glycol, hexandioic acid, zinc oxide and dimethyl terephthalate via two steps: the adipate was esterified by polyethylene glycol (PEGE) firstly; then the BHET was synthesized by interesterification of the esterified product with dimethyl terephthalate and ethandiol. Finally the new antistatic agent was prepared by polymerization of PEGE and BHET.
