摘要
以二水合柠檬酸三钠、氯乙酸乙酯为原料 ,环己烷为带水剂 ,三乙胺为催化剂 ,合成了一种新的增塑剂柠檬酸三 (乙氧基羰基甲 )酯。较佳的合成条件为 :氯乙酸乙酯 /二水合柠檬酸三钠 (摩尔比 ) =4∶1;三乙胺 /二水合柠檬酸三钠 (摩尔比 ) =0 .3;采用分段升温反应方式 ,一、二段反应温度分别为 (6 0~ 10 0 )℃和 (10 0~130 )℃ ;一、二段反应时间分别为 6h和 12h。对目的产物进行了红外光谱结构分析。
Tri(ethyloxy-carbonyl-methyl) citrate, a plasticizer for PVC, was synthesized from sodium citrate dihydrate and ethyl chloro- acetate two-step process with cyclohexane as water carrying agent and triethylamine as catalyst. The optimum synthetic conditions were as follows: n (ethyl chloro-acetate/ n (sodium citrate)=4∶1, n (triethyl-amine)/ n (sodium citrate)=0.3, the reaction temperature of first step and second step is (60100) ℃ and (100130) ℃ respectively, the reaction time of first step and second step is 6 h and 12 h respectively. The product was confirmed by IR.
