介绍了抽稠泵的结构及工作原理,给出了其主要技术参数和适应范围。在塔河油田10口井的应用表明,抽稠泵适应于塔河油田稠油开采,能延长油井的免修期,且不会引起水锥、水淹,但对于原油乳化严重的油井,须采取相配套的井筒降粘措施。
This paper presents structures and mechanisms of heavy crude pump and its main technical parameters and applicability. Applications in 10 wells of Tahe oilfield show that the pump is applicable to heavy crude production in this area, can prolong repair exemption of oil wells, and can protect from water cone and water flood, however, corresponding measures of viscosity reduction must be taken for serious emulsifying oil wells.
