摘要
介绍了利用井场岩屑实时确定地层力学性质的新方法—岩屑显微硬度法。通过室内实验优化了压模尺寸,并制定了标准实验程序。在大量室内实验的基础上,建立了岩石力学性质参数如弹性模量、泊松比、抗压强度、可钻性级值与岩屑显微硬度、塑性系数的相关关系,为实时评价探井地层井壁稳定性提供了一种新方法。
This paper presents a new method to evaluate the mechanical properties of formations in real time by means of cutting microhardness tests. On the basis of preliminary tests, the optimum size of hardness and test procedures was presented. The correlation among elastic modulus, Possion ratio, compressive strength, drilling capability grade and micro hardness was presented in the paper. This new method can be used to analyze rock mechanics in real time.
