摘要
采用高分子设计方法 ,通过水溶液共聚合研制复合型互穿网络高吸水性树脂 ,对影响树脂吸水倍率和吸盐水倍率的各种因素进行了研究。最佳制备条件为丙烯酸 2 5mL ,PVA 2 .5g ,淀粉 6 .5g ,引发剂 0 .4 0 .6g ,中和度 75 % 85 % ,交联温度 90 110℃。所得树脂的吸水倍率可达 15 5 5倍 ,吸 0 .9%NaCl溶液的倍率可达 10 0倍。
By polymer molecular design, a kind of complex IPN superabsorbent resin was prepared by aq. solution copolymerization and the effects of various factors on the water and saline solution absorbency of the resin were studied. The optimal preparation conditions were as follows: AA 25 mL, PVA 2.5 g, starch 6.5 g, initiator 0.40.6 g, neutralization degree 75%85%, crosslinking temperature 90110 ℃. The absorbency of the obtained resin are up to 1 555 g(water)/g and 100 g ( 0.9 % NaCl solution)/g
