摘要
在 2 0 0mm× 70mm的有机玻璃塔中进行试验 ,以质量分数为 5 %为碳酸钾水溶液作为易起泡物系 ,测量了普通筛板和 4种复合型塔板的泡沫层高度 ,并用毛细管光电测量仪测量了气泡索太尔直径和气泡直径分布。试验结果表明 :复合型塔板能够机械消泡 ,其中填料放置于塔板一定高度处的复合型塔板消泡效果较好 ;并且 ,复合型塔板能够细化气泡 。
Foaming system often occurring in distillation and absorption, 4 compound trays were designed for mechanical anti-foaming. Experiments were carried out in a 200mm×70mm lexiglass column with 5% potassium carbonate solution as foaming system. Froth height on sieve tray and 4 compound trays was measured, and simultaneously, the bubble sauter diameter and bubble diameter distribution were also measured with capillary photo-electricity auto-surveying instrument. The experimental results show that compound trays can make a mechanical anti-foaming, and that the compound trays with structured packing at a height over the tray has a better anti-foaming effect. Moreover, compound trays can make bubbles finer, therefore increase the tray efficiency.
