摘要
主要介绍以液体端羧基丁腈橡胶(CTBN)改性的环氧树脂为主体,配之以改性剂、偶联剂以及固化剂组成结构胶粘剂应用于光学部件上,并根据它的参数,运用有限元分析方法对光学件在使用此胶粘剂后的变形进行分析。
The application of a modified epoxy resin structural adhesive in optical instruments was mainly introduced , which comprised a modified epoxy resin with CTBN, as the main component, selected other modifiers, coupling agent and curing agent. Based on the parameters of specimen model, the produced deformation after using the adhesive was analysed by finite element graphic analysis.
