Study on environment-friendly hot melt adhesive for book binding

摘要 介绍了一种用添加剂取代部分增粘树脂制备低密度热熔胶的方法。用正交设计法探讨增粘树脂、稀释剂、添加剂用量对热熔胶性能的影响,从而获得最佳配方。结果表明:所得产品的性能达到行业标准要求,可完全满足书籍装订生产需要,且易于废纸的回收,适应环保要求。 A EVA hot melt adhesive with lower density was prepared by replacing a part of tackifying resin in the adhesive with an additive. Through a orthogonal design the effect of the amounts of tackifying resin,diluent and addition on the properties of the hot melt adhesive was investigated,and the optimum formula was therefore obtained. The results showed that the properties of the obtained product reached up to the national professional standard and can satisfactorily meet the requirements for the bookbinding. The ahesive is beneficial to recovering of waste paper and is friendly to the environment.
