摘要
以SiO2 为抗粘连剂、偶联剂为表面处理剂、LDPE为基体树脂 ,研制出了聚烯烃薄膜抗粘连母料。研究了不同种类的抗粘连剂的性能、抗粘连剂的粒径对其性能的影响、抗粘连剂在薄膜中的合理用量、表面处理剂对不同种类的抗粘连剂的作用 ,结果表明 ,SiO2 B为比较理想的抗粘连剂 ,最佳粒径为 2 μm左右 ,抗粘连剂在薄膜中的合理用量为 ( 5 0 0~ 10 0 0 )× 10 - 6 。
Antiblock masterbotch was prepared based on LDPE with SiO 2 as antiblock agent and coulping agent as surface treatment agent. Investigation was focused on the effects of the property of various sorts and the particle size of the antiblock agent on antiblock property,the proper content of antiblock agent in the film, the effect of surface treatment agent on various sorts of antiblock agent, the result indicated that SiO 2B is an ideal antiblock agent, its optimal particle size is around 2μm and the proper content of antiblock agent is (500~1000)×10 -6 in the film.
