摘要 本文介绍了苏联(?)85电力机车风机电动机变频调速装置的节能效果及其电路的工作原理。对电动机相电压进行了谐波分析,计算结果表明,谐波成分对转矩影响不大,但谐波电流引起的损耗,尤其是三相电流有效值的明显差异,会使电动机绕组发热,应引起重视。这种装置比较适合在已装有劈相机的电力机车上作风机电动机调速用。 The frequency control device of the blower motor for the Soviet BJI85 electric locomotive is introduced in regard of its energy saving efficiency and operation principle of the circuit.Harmonic analysis and calculation of the phase voltage of the motor show that the affect of harmonic component to the torque is not obvious, the losses due to the harmonic current, especially the apparent difference between the 3-phase current effective values, may lead to over-heating of the motor winding, which needs to be paid more attention to.This device is fit to be used on electric locomotives with phase convertor for controlling the Speed of the blower motor.
