坪用狗牙根(Cynodon spp.)优良品种(选系)的抗寒性初步鉴定 被引量:19

摘要 以狗牙根属(CynodonRich.)的18个优良品种(选系)为试验材料,以我国草坪生产上广泛应用的普通狗牙根〔C.dactylon(L.)Pers.〕品种'Common'和杂交狗牙根(C.dactylon×C.transvaalensis)品种'Tifdwarf'与'Tifway'为对照,用电解质渗透法进行了抗寒性的初步鉴定。结果表明:与对照'Common'相比,除'OKc95 1'的LT50与'Common'接近,其他的普通狗牙根品种(选系)的LT50均低于对照,尤其是C174的LT50为-5.2℃,比对照低4.6℃;杂交狗牙根中,与'Tifdwarf'和'Tifway'相比,'TifgreenⅡ'、'TifwayⅡ'和'Midfield'3品种的LT50显著低于对照,其LT50分别是-7.5℃、-8.8℃和-6.0℃,'Tifeagle'、'Tifsport'和'Tiflawn'的LT50则都高于两个对照品种。 The low temperature tolerance of 18 variaties or accessions of Cynodon spp. and 'Common' as contrast of C. dactylon (L.) Pers., 'Tifdwarf' and 'Tifway' as contrast of C. dactylon×C. transvaalensis selections were primarily studied by the m eans of electrolyte leakage rate. The results showed that the LT \-\{50\} of all other variaties of C. dactylon was lower than that of 'Comm on' except for 'OKc95-1',especially C174, the LT\-\{50\} of C174 was -5.2℃ and lower t han 'Common ' by -4.6℃; Among the cultivars of C. dactylon×C. transvaalensis, t he LT\-\{50\} of 'Tifgreen Ⅱ'?'Tifway Ⅱ'和'Midfield' markednessly lower than 'Tifdw arf' and 'Tifway' as -7.5℃, -8.8℃, -6.0℃ and the LT\-\{50\} of 'Tifeagle', 'Tifsp ort' and 'Tiflawn' was higher than two contrast variaties.
