摘要
在论述了新时期森林资源监督工作急需高新技术支撑的必要性的基础上,提出了建 立森林资源监督信息系统,全面提升森林资源监督工作水平的基本思路,并对森林资源监督 机构对建立信息系统应具备的条件和应做好的基础工作等问题进行了讨论,为我国森林资源 监督系统高新技术的推广应用提供有益的指导。
Based on the discussing about the necessary of China抯 Forest Resources Supervision starves for high and new technology in the new period, this paper puts forward the idea on establishing Forest Resources Supervisory Information System for fully upgrading forest resources supervision, and then discusses some foundation conditions and works that ought to been done by the forest resources supervision organization
