Biological effect on the germination and growth of mung bean seeds under low frequency magnetic field

摘要 探讨低频电磁场的非热效应对绿豆种子萌发及其生长的影响,以及不同强度电磁场对种子萌发和生长的生物学效应.将绿豆种子置于低频电磁场 50Hz2mT、4mT、6mT、8mT 下萌发、生长,对不同强度下种子萌发和生长情况进行观察分析表明:不同的电磁场强度对绿豆生物学效应是不同的;不同的电磁场强度对绿豆萌发以及随后的生长阶段的影响也是不同的. Biological effect on the germination and growth of mung bean seeds exposed to low frequency magnetic field was studied.Various low frequency electromagnetic fields (50 Hz,2 mT,4 mT,6 mT,8 mT) were used to treat mung bean seeds and their germination and growth were observed and analyzed.The biological effect of different degree of magnetic fields on mung bean was different and the effect on different developmental stages (including germination and growth) of mung was also different.The experimental method of biological effect under the magnetic field combined influences of temperature and the difference between cultural cells and an organism to magnetic field was discussed.
