摘要
传统的造纸方法主要是亚硫酸盐或碱煮法制浆,用高沸醇溶剂制浆在国内外还没有产业化,研究论文也很少。为了能够满足高沸醇溶剂法制浆中试要求,必须进行有关热量计算。本文通过丁二醇的比热估算,利用实验室相关数据,算出反应需热量,求得换热器面积。为中试提供了有关参数。
The traditional method for making paper is pulped by digestion with sulfite or alkali, but rarely done by high boiling solvent (HBS). Especially, the method for pulp by HBS doesn't industrialize all over the world. We have to calculate the heal to satisfy the requirement for the pilolscale experiment. Here we rough estimate the specific heat of butanediol, and work out the necessary on heal to calculate the area of heater. This will supply the parameter to the pilolscale experiment.
