摘要 用链佐霉素(STZ)造成大鼠糖尿病模型,在离体灌流胰腺及分散的胰腺腺泡两个水平上,观察淀粉酶的分泌及对胆囊收缩素(CCK-8)刺激的反应。结果表明,糖尿病大鼠胰淀粉酶的基础分泌和对CCK-8的反应明显受到抑制,淀粉酶活力的降低与血清胰岛素浓度降低及血清葡萄糖水平升高的变化基本一致。糖尿病对胰淀粉酶分泌抑制的机理有待进一步阐明。 The amylase secretion stimulated by CCK-8 was studied in vitro by using perfused pancreas and dispersed pancreatic acini from normal and streptozotocjn (STZ)-induced diabetic rats. The results indicated that the basal and CCK-sti-mulated amylase release from both preparations were significantly inhibited in diabetic rats. The decrease of the activity of amylase was positively corelated with the decrease of serum insulin and negatively corelated with the concentration of serum glucose. The mechanism of the inhibition of amylase release in diabetic rats remain to be elucidated.
