摘要
目的 :进一步提高纤维胆道镜结石取净率 ,从而提高胆道结石治愈率。方法 :总结 10年 370例纤维胆道镜取石体会 ,归纳出“网、拉、冲、扩、咬、推”六种操作技巧。结果 :对 370例胆道结石术后残留结石病人共取石 5 37例次 ,完全取净率达89.5 % ,基本取净率 8.4 0 % ,取石失败 2 .1%。结论 :纤维胆道镜正确灵活的操作方法可避免取石过程中不必要的损伤 ,缩短操作时间 。
Objective:To raise the extirpating rate of gallstones with fibrocholedochoscopy,then to raise the healing rate of gallstones Methods:The experience of extracting gallstones with fibrocholedochoscopy in 370 cases in our hospital from December 1991 to December 2001 was reviewed.Six manipulating skills:netting,pulling,washing,dilating,biting and pushing were summarized Results:Residual gallstones in 370 cases after operation of biliary tract were extracted 537 times.The rate of completely extracting gallstones was 89 3%.The rate of almost extracting gallstones was 8 4%.The failing rate was 2 1% Conclusion:Correct and skilled manipulation with fibrocholedochoscopy can avoid unnecessary injuries in the course of extracting gallstones,shorten the operating period,reduce the remain of gallstones and extract those gallstones in special positions
