摘要随着生物化学及分子生物学知识的进展,纤溶系统的作用及其与一些血栓性疾病的关系日益受到基础、临床医学多种学科的关注,几种能敏感反映血栓前状态的纤溶成分在心、肺血管疾病的诊断中起着重要作用,新型高效纤溶激活剂类溶栓药物的应用而今已付诸于现实。
