摘要
从牛脑组织中制备了内皮细胞生长因子粗品(ECGS)和纯品(β-ECGF)。实验结果表明,β-ECGF具有显著的促进内皮细胞生长的作用,它的分子量约为70kd,等电点为4～6,ECGS按100μg/ml加入培养基中,可使人的脐静脉内皮细胞传20代以上,血清用量可节省50％,细胞能够克隆、冷冻和复苏。
Endothelial cell growth supplement(ECGS) was prepared and β-ECGF has been purified from bovine brain. Data showed that β-ECGF had significant effect on promoting growth of endothelial cells.Its molecular weight is about 70kD and isoelectric point is 4 to 6. Cultured in the medium with addition of ECGS 100μg/ml, human endothelial cell of umbilical vein could be passaged to twentieth subculture, meanwhile, fifty percent of serum consumption could be saved,cell could be cloned,frozen aend resumed.
