摘要
本实验观察了禁食后机体能量缺乏时犬心肌收缩性的改变及其电针效应,结果表明,禁食组等容收缩相心肌收缩性参数及心肌节段张力参数均较正常组各相应值显著降低;而电针组在电针后,上述各项参数均见明显增加,提示禁食后犬心肌收缩性明显受损,电针则可改善禁食后受损的心肌收缩性。
In this experiment 35 healthy mongrel dogs were divided into the normal, fasting and electroacupuncture (EA) group. The dogs were used after fast for 7 days in EA and fasting groups. The effect of EA on myocardial contractility was observed with the indices oe LVSP,dp/atmax, Vmax,Vpm,Vce-DP40, LVEDP,DT and dT/dtmax. The result showed that the impaired myocardial contractility after fast could be improved by the positive inotropic action of EA.
