摘要
随着全球气候的进一步恶化、人类工程活动的日益频繁 ,地质灾害对人类的肆虐更加明显 ,防治工作给我们提出了严峻的挑战。由于地质灾害极具不稳定性和难以确定性 ,给防治工作设置了重重障碍 ,为了全面贯彻《地质灾害防治管理办法》精神 ,确实保障人民群众的生命财产安全 ,安溪县经过多年的具体实践 ,目前已初步摸索出一套基层防治管理经验 ,得到了国土资源部地环司和福建省国土资源厅的认同 ,在此仅供广大读者和同行参考。
The human being faces a lot of difficulties in the prevent and control of geological hazards. In order to carry out the geological hazards prevent and control methods and protect the lives and the property of the people, we have had experience in the prevention and control of geological hazards for years, which is included in the paper.
