摘要
近年来长江上游干支流一些水坝的修建 ,特别是三峡水库的兴建 ,将使长江入海泥沙量减少 ,导致长江口和杭州湾北岸滩涂淤涨速率减缓 ,冲刷岸滩长度增加。作者分析了上海市不同岸段滩涂的冲淤状况 ,以及滩涂开发利用与湿地保护、航道整治之间的关系 ,提出了不同区段滩涂促淤圈围的要点。建议抓住目前有利时机 ,加大对中。
Recent years the quantity of fluvial sediments into the sea has been reduced due to the building of dams in the main stream and tributaries of the upper Changjiang River,especially the building of the Three Gorge dam.This will result in the decrease of deposition rate of tidal flat and the increase of the length of the erosion shore.This paper analyses the situation of siltation and erosion in different districts of tidal flat in Shanghai and the relationship among the exploitation and ulitization of tidal flat,wetland protection,and waterways regulation.It also provides the key points in conducting siltation and reclamation in different districts of tidal flat.It is suggested that the current good opportunity should be grasped to enhance the exploitation in the middle and lower tidal flat.
