新型煤化工发展以洁净能源和化学品为目标产品 ,应用煤转化高新技术 ,建成未来新兴煤炭 -能源化工产业 ;结合煤炭资源开发和煤炭生产建设的发展 ,建成若干大型产业基地或基地群。新型煤化工是煤炭工业调整产业结构 。
Based on cleaner energy and chemicals as target products, coal chemical sector of new type employs high and new technology for coal conversion to form new coal-energy chemical industry in the future and realize several large-sized industrial bases. Coal chemical sector of new type embodies the strategic direction of industrial restructuring in the coal sector on the new road to industrialization.
