摘要
在全面分析我国农业经济现状的基础上,站在时代发展的高度,以新制度经济学为理论指导,从包括社会成本在内的诸多角度,深入探讨了我国农业经济结构调整的新思路,并大胆提出了一些建设性的观点和意见。
Based on complete and deep analysis of the present condition of our country's agricultural economics,and standing on the high degree of the ages,this text,regarding new system economics as the theories and from many angles including social cost,deeply and delicately probes into the adjustment of our country's agricultural structure in the new way,and presumptuously brings up some constructive standpoint and opinion.
