分析了开关动特性测试仪中抖动脉冲产生的原因和特点,提出一种实用的开关抖动脉冲消除方法,解决了一直困扰开关动特性测试仪发展的难题。
The paper analyzes the reasons of the occurrence of whipping pulse in the device of testing switch's dynamic characteristics and its features,and raises a practical method of eliminating whipping pulse of the switch,thereby solves the difficult questions that have long puzzled the development of the device of testing switch's dynamic characteristics.
