摘要
重点实验室的可持续发展对于高等院校的科研基地建设、高层次优秀人才的培养以及学术交流具有重要意义,该文基于重点实验室可持续发展目标要求,探讨了高校重点实验室的激励机制。
Sustainable development of the key lab is of important role to the construction of scienceresearch base for higher education universities, to training highlevel excellent persons, to science and technology communication, etc. Based on the goal request of sustainable development, this paper discussed the prompting mechanism of the key lab for higher education universities.
