摘要
在建立了师范学生教育实习评价指标体系的基础上 ,将属性综合评价法分层应用于师范学生教学工作能力的评价之中 ,从而提高了评价的科学性和准确性 .
Based on the practice teaching evaluation index system, the attribute synthetic assessment system is applied in twice to the teaching ability evaluation of students in normal universities. Then, more scientific and accurate effect is achieved.
