摘要
对精制提纯的不同环氧乙烷加合数的醇醚羧酸 (AECA)及其盐 (AEC)的物性数据和表面张力、临界胶束浓度、克拉夫特点、耐硬水性、耐无机盐、耐碱性、钙皂分散性、润湿力、乳化力及复配性能进行的检测研究表明 ,非离子醇醚经羧甲基化后 ,AEC的钙皂分散能力和发泡能力大大提高 ,且具有极好的耐盐耐碱性 ,能与包括阳离子在内的各类活性组分复配 ,AEC具有很高的工业应用价值 ,并可广泛应用于高品质的个人护理用品领域。
The physico-chemical properties of purified alkylether carboxylic acids(AECA) and their salts(AEC) with different ethoxylation degree were studied in detail These surfactants exhibit good foaming and excellent lime soap dispersion and they allow formulation of high-quality personal-care products They have high salinity tolerance and high alkali tolerance, and can combine with amphoteric, nonionic, cationic and other anionic surfactants AEC can be applied in various industries
