摘要
通过对离心泵汽蚀现象的分析和改善离心泵抗汽蚀性能的几个方案的比较,在不影响正常生产的前提下,解决机泵的汽蚀问题, 应首选在其入口加装诱导轮。经实际改造后,取得良好效果。
Based on the analysis of the cavitation occurred in centrifugal pump and the comparison of several methods to remove the phenomenon, it was concluded that the installation of the inducer at the inlet is the best method which would not affect the normal production. It has been proved in the practice that the method has good effect.
