编写设计单位专业设计导则,是提高全体设计人员业务能力、技术水平和提高设计质量的有效措施,是避免设计单位由于人员年 龄结构断层而发生的知识断层、促进设计单位持续发展的重要举措,本文介绍了编写专业设计导则意义和要点。
The compilation of the design guide is the effective way to enhance the capabilities and the levels of all engineers in the company and to enhance the design quality. Moreover, it is also the important measure to protect the knowledge division possibly occurred in the company. The significance and key points of compilation of the design guide were also introduced in this article.
