摘要
本文探讨了用非氰化法从氧化型含金矿石中浸取金和银的可能性。研究了浸出温度、浸出时间、氧化剂浓度、固液比以及不同类型氧化剂等对金和银浸出率的影响。分别探讨了在NH_4OH—NaCl和HCl—NaCl体系中浸取金和银的较佳条件。在HCl—NaCl体系中,选择适当的氧化剂,金和银的浸出率可分别达到96%和98%。在NH_4OH—NaCl体系中,则有可能先浸出银,而使大部分金留在浸渣中,以达到选择浸出和再分别回收金、银的目的。
The feasiability to leach out gold and silver from oxidizing type of gold-bearing ores by non-cyanide process, and the influences of leaehing temperature and time, density of oxidant, ratio of s,olid-to-liquid and various type of oxidant on leaching rate are described in this paper. In addi tion, the optimun condition of leaching gold and silver in the system of NH4ONNacl and HCl-NaCl are studied respectively. With the result that the employment of proper oxidant makes the leaching rate of gld and silver in ths system of HCl-NaCl reaching to 96% and 98% respectively, however, it is possible in the system of NH4ON-Nacl to leach out silver preferentially while a big majority of gold remain in leach residues to be recovered separately.
