摘要
高校对学生的管理是否需要法律加以规范,多年来在人们的意识中是模糊的。近年来发生的几起高校被诉案,才使人们认识到高校的管理也需要法律的规范。笔者首先界定了高校管理行为的性质,进而认为高校的学生、学历和学位管理应当依法进行,应当对其管理制度规范化和系统化。作者还对学生权利的保护提出了见解。
It's obscure whether the administration of university needs to be standardized by law, but a few cases recently concerned with universities obliged people to rethink the thesis. The paper first defines the character of administrative action and proposes that the management of college students, educational documents and certifications should be regulated by law, the management system should be standardized and systematized, students rights should also be legally protected.
