摘要
本文研究了用溶剂萃取法、草酸直接还原法、二氧化硫直接还原法、活性炭吸附法从低含量金浸出液中提取金的可能性。实验表明,从工艺流程看,这四种方法都是可行的。但从产品纯度考虑,宜采用错流萃取法;而从经济效益等因素综合考虑,宜采用二氧化硫直接还原法。
The possibilities of extracting Au from dilute gold-containing leach liquor by solvent extraction, and methods of direct reduction with oxalic acid or sulfur dioxide and activated carbon adsorption were investigated.The study showed that all these methods were feasible as viewed from the angle of process flowsheet. However, in consideration of the purity of the product, the alternative extraction is favorable and in the view of economic benefit, the direct reduction with sulfur dioxide should be adopted.
