摘要
5,10,15,20-四(4-甲基-3-磺酸苯基)卟啉[T(4-MP)PS_4]在pH11.5左右与银形成1:1配合物,在Pb^(2+)和CTMAB存在下,其最大吸收波长位于127.8nm,摩尔吸光系数ε-3.70×10~5L·mol_(-1)·cm^(-1)。以0.02%NTA作掩蔽剂,可用于阳极泥中银的测定,所得结果与AAS一致。
A new highly sensitive method for the spectrophotometric determination of microamount of Ag(I) with 5,10,15,20-tetra(4-methyl-3-sulphophenyl) porphineCT(4-MP)PS4] has been developed.In the presence of Pb(Ⅱ) and CTMAB at pH 11.5, the soret band of the complex lies at 427.8 nm, the molar absorptivity is 3.70*105L.mol-1 cm-1,and Beer's Law is obeyed for 0-6μg/25ml of Ag(I).In case the 0.02% of NTA is used as a masking agent, this method can be used for the determination of microamount of silver in anode mud with the same result as determined by AAS.
